In order to Exchange a product please write to us at contact@nagpursolarpower.com within 7 days from the date of your purchase. We will assist you in returning the product to us. We will arrange to have the product collected from the original delivery point indicated at the time of purchase. However, if the original delivery point has changed, then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. When placing a request for returning a product, the customer agrees that our decision in the matter of approving or rejecting a exchange is final, conclusive and binding on the customer.
A transaction attempted by the customer using our Site, which does not result in a confirmed order will be deemed to be an unsuccessful transaction. In such a situation if the customer is charged for the said transaction, the amount charged would be reversed (i.e. refunded to the customer) within 14 business days from the date you notify us about such transaction.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Nagpur.
